We are concerned about your problem with BET+ standard and BET+ premium channels not working on your Roku. It would certainly be our pleasure to look into this issue for you.

Please be aware that the Roku BET+ Premium Channel and the BET+ app are separate subscription services.

To isolate the source of the problem, we require additional information for the investigation to proceed: 

  • What error message do you see on your screen? 
  • How do you access the channel? Inside The Roku Channel or on a stand-alone app? 
    For reference, you can see below the differences between the two subscriptions:

    If you're subscribed to The Roku Channel, you can watch it by searching the BET+ app inside the platform.

    If you access the app through the Roku channel, you will need  to go first inside The Roku Channel and search for the app.If you access the app through the Roku channel, you will need to go first inside The Roku Channel and search for the app.
    Meanwhile, if subscribed directly to the channel provider, the BET+ app should be added to your Home Screen to watch it:

So apparently you will need to download the new BET Plus in order for it to work. I canceled my previous subscription and once it canceled. I deleted the app and downloaded the new Bet plus. Now I am able to view BET Plus. I waited until my subscription was canceled because I didn’t trust it would not bill me twice.
