Need to check if my acct is okay. Roku device quit working! Need help. Karen Short

Jump to solution

My husband, Alex Short, passed away.

Now I have it under my name - Karen Short

Are there any past due bills on the account?  I know the Roku device will not work if there is a billing

problem.

Please help me!      Karen Short

@KarenKay Login to your Roku account on a computer.  That should list any subscriptions you have through Roku.  There is no charge to activate or use a Roku device.  If you cancelled the Roku account associated with your husband's account and started a new Roku account with a different email address you will have to do a factory reset of your Roku device and activate the device with the new email.   A past due bill may cause a certain subscription to not work but should have no effect on whether your Roku device works or not.
