Help me I need to stop them charging me every mouth for a subscription that has been canceled 5 months ago it took me alot of time cancelling what I could but I haven't been able to stop them from charging every mouth Hulu and Hulu Disney and another charge from roku.com what the **bleep** does it take to stop this they don't have any way to just get in to my own account without going through all kinds of **bleep**. And I still can't get through to any live person why all the bull**bleep** Roku
Can you get into your account? That's obviously the clean/easy way to do it. If you can't get into your own account, then you're just some guy claiming to own an account he can't get into, and that make take some, as you say, bleep, to verify that you really own that account.
Im trying to stop you from charging me why would it be necessary to put in credit card information
I canceled my subscription and I'm still getting charged for it do you think that right,? Maybe if I could get someone to answer me like a living person or if I could call them but where's the number or any way to get ahold of them I had to sign up for another account just to get here so if you still think I'm just another person saying **bleep** try giving me an answer dickhead
Know answer yet
Im also in that account right now and I still can't get into my account where I can access that or my payment information or anything else try helping me before you throw me crazy

I've been through similar situations. Have you tried taking your Roku back to the factory settings? I suggest doing a live chat. They stuck with me until everything was fixed.
