If you're inquiring about a charge from Disney Plus. You can manage your billing details, subscriptions, and preferences through the Disney+ website.

Here's what you can do:

• Log In to your Disney Plus account at www.disneyplus.com to review or modify your subscription and billing settings.

While your Disney Plus subscription may be billed through Roku, Disney Plus has its own cancellation and refund policies. To cancel or request a refund, you will need to contact Disney Plus directly and provide your Disney Plus account email address.
