TCL 75-inch Roku TV model 75S451 is not showing options to connect Bluetooth devices

I just bought the TCL 75 inch  roku TV model 75s451.

I have tried to follow the instructions as follows:

Settings > Remotes & devices > Pair Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth is not an option.

It says the following (can't add a photo to show you otherwise I would) :

Settings > remotes and devices > remotes or speakers  then a small line (with setup on it ) under that a plus circled Add device

I click on speakers I see add new speakers .. select add new speakers... Gives me 3 options : wireless speakers , wireless sound bar, or subwoofer on the left side of screen. Now on right side of the screen it has a box that says learn about compatible speaker goto website.

Then under that is says " for Bluetooth speakers , select Bluetooth audio device in this list"  yet it is not listed at all.

So how do I connect my phone or tablet or even my Bluetooth speakers or headphones to the tv If that is not listed as an option???

Keep in mind it has full connectivity or supposed to have as stated on box and paperwork for TV.  I wish I could show you the photos of all the steps but I can't post them here and that is also bothersome just because you would all see what I'm telling you.

Would like some help on this matter Before I pack it up and take it back to Walmart and have to deal with them giving me a hard time in taking it back and exchanging it for a Phillips 75 inch TV.

I think the current software update took away the option btw ... Current software version is 15.0.4 build 5537 which updated a couple of days ago probably about 10-14 days ago.

    Welcome, zoltarra

You mentioned that your TCL Roku TV doesn’t display an option to connect Bluetooth devices. Just to clarify, were you able to connect a Bluetooth device before the recent software update?

Just as a heads-up: Roku TVs don’t support Bluetooth connections with standard devices like headphones or third-party speakers. Bluetooth functionality is limited to pairing with compatible Roku wireless speakers and soundbars.

You can get more tips here! Hope this helps.
