Roku 2 stuck in dancing logo
Roku 2 stuck on dancing ROKU logo with flashing white light. Can't access anything forward of this. Removed power several times and for overnight, reset router checked hdmi cable, etc. Nothing works. Can this be a complete failure of unit due to age, or can a recent update have corrupted the system?
Spaceship screen keeps spinning
My roku went through an automatic software upgrade last night. Turned on TV this morning and the spaceship screen keeps spinning without progression to the apps. This happened before with another roku stick- which I replaced with this one. Are these just pieces of junk?
Roku Media Player Video Playback Issues After 15.0.4 Update: Freezing and Digital Noise
I just updated today to 15.0.4, and started having issues playing videos through the Roku Media player App. The same mp4 I was watching last night without issue suddenly freezes in random areas, turns blocky, or other digital noise appears. I tried multiple USB drives and different video files, all with the same result. 4800x Roku Ultra
Roku device factory reset itself after an update
Twice now in the last two weeks after what I assume were device updates, I've woken up to find that my streaming stick has been reset. It needs to re-recognize the TV, then I have to sign in to my account again, then I need to re-sign into any of the pay services I use (Netflix, Amazon, etc.). Additionally, it blows away all my favorites, which is great. I've had the stick for a few months now - is this the future I have to look forward to? If so, someone please let me know now. Thanks.
Software update deletes Antenna option
I used my new Roku TV via the antenna connection just fine for a week and decided to update the software. After the update the Antenna option had been removed from the Options. You can try to convince me this is somehow a 'glitch' but in the Known Issues section others reveal the same issue has existed for at least many months. Believing, as I do, in the maxim 'Follow The Money' I'm convinced this is done intentionally to coerce users into using their pay services. Despicable business practices are not your friend, Roku: shame on you.
Unable to update Onn Roku TV "error 004 and error 008"
I have a problem on my Onn Tv roku i tried to factory reset my tv because i cant do the software update, so what happen is when i started to connect to network wireless or wired i tried both roku is asking for update and the error comes error 04 and error 08 and even im using wired connections still nothing, i cant activate my roku tv. when i update the software it runs upto 57% and the error 08 come.
