Premier Streaming Network problems (Any wrestling fans out there?)
Hello, There is an app on Roku called "Premier Streaming Network" that has some wrestling promotion that I'm trying to watch but each time I go to it, "anErrorOccured" pops up on it. I seen there was another discussion that 2 months ago about a similar issue was marked closed that it was fixed. It's not fixed. My Roku just updated and now it's doing the exact same thing. Video will start to stutter then eventually crash. The Plex app version 8.7 build 32. I'm having a rough time with the ESPN app running on my TCL Roku 75" TV. Every time I've used it since the start of hockey season (early Oct) the app has locked up or crashed. If I'm advancing playback using the fast forward key or 30 second advance controls (right arrow of center control), sometimes the app will just lock up and freeze. The only way I've found to continue is to back out using the home button and restart the app, then spend the time navigating to where I was watching the game. Sometimes, the app will just quit and throw me out to the Roku home menu, so, once again, I need to restart the app, and navigate to where I was watching the game using fast foward controls, which can lock up the app again. These issues have cropped up both when I'm "chasing" a game to catch up on the action, or, when live streaming in real time. Anything I can try or do? Hello everyone, For about the past week now I am having a problem with the CNN app opening on 2 separate Roku streaming devices. When attempting to open it you see the red CNN splash screen followed by the spinning circle for 1 sec. before it take you back to the home screen. All other apps on both devices worked as expected. I have gone through all of the suggested fixes but to no avail. I have factory reset 1 of the devices with the same result. Eliminated wi-fi router by plugging the Roku device directly into the cable modem with the same result. I have seen a couple of older posting where one of the moderators asked for specific information, so i am attaching a photo with the information the was requested. My YouTube isn't working on my ruko TV in the bedroom but it works on the ruko that's in the living room thats on the same network. I've reset the Internet, I unplugged the TV for 3 to 4 minutes, I even switched to my phones hotspot to see if that would help it didn't. I just switched to Fubo for live sports since YouTubeTV and ESPN/ABC can seem to agree to terms. I have to now use a Roku stick on my "Google" TV to watch Fubo. After completing the setup on 3 TVs (1 Roku TV & 1 Roku stick), two work fine so far but my 3rd TV using a Roku stick keeps resetting back to the Roku main screen after a few minutes of viewing. I believe everything is up to date as it went through that process during setup. Internet connection is excellent as my YouTubeTV account works fine as well as other apps on the TV. Hi all. As a recently displaced Chicagoan I've been getting my Chicago news via the WGN+ app on a brand new Roku TV. Unfortunately there's an issue with the app. The audio and video regularly go out of sync with each other. Oftentimes the audio precedes the video, on other occasions it is the opposite. Regardless, the issue seems to happen following commercial breaks, and gets worse the longer I view the feed. The only way to resync appears to be exiting the app completely and restarting it. As you can imagine, this gets to be redundant during a 4 hour program every day. I use dozens of other apps and have only experienced this issue with the WGN+ app. My internet is stable and 500mB+. Interestingly, I also occasionally watch the WGN+ app on my AppleTV device. The Apple version does not suffer from the same synchronization issues. I am using Amazon Prime Video v 15.4 build 2025101313 (20 Oct 2025) on my Roku 3 (UK) 4200X running S/V 15.0. When I load Prime it starts to load, it shows the amazon logo for a second or two and then closes. I have uninstalled the app, Re-installed the app, updated the software, rebooted the roku, unplugged the roku. All my other apps work fine including Netflix, Youtube and Paramount +. I have tried using the Roku android remote app and tried streaming onto the Roku from the Amazon Prime TV android app, the same thing happens with those to. I am based in the United Kingdom.
