Paramount Plus app having a problem with payment
Paramount Plus app will open but is having a problem with payment from Roku and will not let me stream but will show me all the wonderful shows that I would like to be watching, I made sure that I updated the Roku app and my credit card of which is working fine because Roku charged on it and also prime, when I go to the star on my remote for Paramount Plus it does not list removal of app so I can reinstall it please advise
Dirk Gently missing dialog and audio track
Season 2 Episode 8 of Dirk Gently on AMC+ via the Roku Channel seems to be missing the dialog and/or main audio track. Music and background/ambient noises are all audible, but dialog and some very "up-front" sound effects are basically inaudible. Please remedy this situation. Thank you.
Hulu showing black screen with sound
i've tried restarting my roku, deleting the hulu app, and checking it for updates but still nothing is working. I don't encounter this problem on any of my other roku devices, the one that i am using is a roku LE and the other device it works on is a 50" onn. roku tv. Is it a bug across certain Roku devices or is something wrong with my device specifically? Or a problem with the Hulu app? If anyone can provide a fix for this that would be awesome.
YouTube app no video during streaming
Oh great, I came with the exact problem and see that you guys are looking into it as of two months ago. Our Roku TV was only bought a couple of months ago! Problem: opened YouTube. Our TCL Roku TV had an update today at 3:24p Central and again at 3:40p central. Current software is 14.5.4, build 5944. We had been using the TV all day with no problems. After this update, none of our apps will launch. We can click an app, the screen flashes black as if it's going to launch, and then it goes back to the home screen. Our wireless network connection also keeps disappearing and we have to re enter the password with every restart. Most of the menu options are gone now, we just see Home, Streaming Apps, and Settings. We have tried restarting, updating apps, resetting the network connection, unplugging the TV from the outlet for several minutes etc. Everything except a factory reset. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone know how to fix this? EDIT: The photo streams app will launch if selected and will automatically launch as the screen saver as normal. I also checked if switching to our Xbox hmdi input, that also worked. It seems like any streaming apps, including roku TV and live TV just loop back to the home screen. EDIT AGAIN: I went through and tried to launch each app again. All of a sudden, it started working. We're still experiencing an issue we've had for a month or so where the TV will shut off when an app is launched. Upon restart, selecting the app again, app will update / load and then it's fine. I believe I read this was a common issue for other users.
Cloudpath authorization error in Oxygen True Crime App.
This morning, I wanted to watch the Oxygen True Crime App. However, I keep getting an error, and I do not understand the error. I have removed and added the app, but I still get an error. If someone can please assist me, I would be grateful. The error code reads the following: Please help! UGH
YouTube on Roku TV is showing a grey screen
About a week ago I went to Youtube App on my Roku TV. Once open it was a grey screen only. So restarted TV, same thing. Checked to see if everything was up to day and everything is. Deleted app, shut off TV and restarted. Loaded Youtube again. Same thing. Repeated Same thing. check everything on internet and wifi. Youtube works on my Ipad but wont stream to tv with a picture. Everything Grey and no sound either. Please help!
