Have you tried using an alternative network like a mobile hotspot to see if you're able to surpass the update?

Hi everyone, I have an update since my last post long time ago. During one of the software updates by using iPhone (in the same room) hotspot, it seems the updates fixed whatever bug it had. Since then I have been able to access all channels as well as regularly update using the old default wired option. All good since then. 🤞 it remains that way.
Same thing happens to mine doesn’t update doesn’t connect to Alexa doesn’t update
