Re: Roku will not connect to wifi
OP did a factory reset; there's not a wifi connection stored on the device anymore. Mine did the same thing a couple days ago and I tried updating the software, then restarting the Roku, then restarting the wifi connection, then factory resetting the Roku. I physically moved my TV and Roku downstairs and it's literally 2' from my router right now and will not connect. Last time this happened I said "F- it" and just bought a new Roku- that worked for a couple years...until this.

Re: Roku will not connect to wifi
Roku model number (Settings/System/About) and router model number?
Are you getting any error message numbers on screen?
Just another Roku user... I am not a Roku employee.

Re: Roku will not connect to wifi
Welcome @ScottH5
Thanks for posting here!
This must be tough for you. I want to gather more information to investigate it further. Can you please provide the details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
- Modem/router model and ISP.
In the meantime, try connecting your Roku to a mobile hotspot. Click here for more info. Then, please tell us what you find out.
Thanks,
Roku Community Team
