We have two Roku 4K streaming sticks with a wireless connection to the same network. The first one installed works fine, but the second new one won't run any channels and shows this message:
Can't run channel 'channel name' could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network. Please check your network connection and try again.
I tried:
- Power-cycling the problem Roku device
- Restarting the Roku: Settings > System > Power> System Restart.
- Restarting the router
The Roku is connected to the network (AT&T), but I still get the same message and cannot get any channels.
