My 75 inch Element Roku TV intermittently loosing wifi connection. Power cycling the tv doesn’t work.
To get wifi back, I go to Settings>Network>Check connection
but it looses it again every few hours.
The wifi router is about 8 inches away from the tv. Is this a software or hardware problem?

I too have had loss of WiFi connection on my element Roku tv. It’s happened a few times just within the last week or so. Causing me to have to go through the wireless connection setup process each time.

I've had the TV for over a year without issue.
All other devices can connect to the Internet just fine.
No changes to the network recently.
Also tried connecting to my hotspot and it didn't work either.

Just adding to this thread. I have a Roku Element TV as well. A few weeks ago it started doing the same experience as described. I get a message that there is no internet connection. If I go to Wireless, it starts the Wireless scan and the wheel spins indefinitely till I cancel out of it.
Following the network reset steps, I can go to the wireless network and reconnect to wireless. But as soon as I turn the TV off and back on again the wireless connection stops working.
Software version is 13.0.0, Build 24062. I am using a Deco MESH X55 wireless router with Spectrum as the internet provider. I have both a regular 2.4G/5G network and a 2.4 ghz dedicated iOT network. Both show a excellent signal strength when connecting, both have the same issue when I turn the TV off.
Same exact issue!!
@RefatbOne of the MOST common connectivity problems is WiFi channel congestion..its possible a large number of others are using the same channel making connection unstable. I'd recommend you install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar if use an iPhone. Once installed, you'll be able to see how many others are on the same channel and then log into the router and choose a different one. If not technical, the lower 5 gHz channels (36-48) have greater overlap and range than the higher ones. Hope that helps
It is not a channel issue. I have two other roku devices and neither is having an issue. It is now literally everything I turn off the TV and turn it back on. The system says it's not connected, when I search for wireless it just searches and never finds anything. As soon as I reset the network is connects fine. Then when I leave and come back it shows as disconnected again. It sounds like others are having similar issues, so hope a fix can be found.
