@Gilbert0331The most common connectivity problem is channel congestion. And its possible the streaming stick WiFi radio is weaker than those on your other devices, though I own a Roku Ultra and use a powerline network since wired connections are by far the best. Regardless, I suggest you install WiFi Analyzer for Android, or if an iPhone, something similar in the App store. Once installed, you'll be able to see how many others are using the same channel/bandwidth setting. IF there are numerous others using the one you've selected, log into the router and choose a different channel that's less congested. Most configure their router using Auto-Channel setting, so I suggest you change it to manual. Hope that helps
Roku Express 4K+
I have RokuExpess 4K+, my roku device keeps giving me error 003, which is network error.
When I try to reconnect, I don't see my wireless network listed. I have restarted modem, unplugged roku device and TV but nothing. I have texted w roku support and still no answer.
Help!
Hi @brosini,
Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community!
We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you've been experiencing with your Roku device. We suggest rebooting your router by unplugging it for about 60 seconds and replugging it again.
If error 003 still occurs, we can also try connecting your Roku device to an alternative wireless connection, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.
For more information about that specific error message, visit our Support page here: What should I do if my Roku® device cannot update software?
Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
I also have the same problem. I have even gone and done the factory reset, and nothing works. Please help.

If you don't see your network in the list, there's probably one of two situations. The first is that the Roku has failed. Not likely, but certainly possible. But if it sees other networks, just not yours, then there's nothing wrong with the Roku. If this is the case, see if you can connect to a phone hotspot as a test to ensure the Roku is working correctly.
The second situation is your WiFi router is using a channel that your Roku doesn't support. Since all routers are set to auto select a channel by default, it's possible they selected one that isn't seen by a Roku device. On the 2.4 GHz radio, the channel must be between 1-11. If it's selected 12, 13 or 14, it is invisible to a Roku. On 5 GHz, there are channels called DFS, and early Roku devices cannot use them. The latest version of Roku (that uses the Realtek chipset, such as your Express 4K+) has begun to allow use of DFS channels. But there still might be some that can't see them. So on the 5 GHz radio, make sure it's using channel 48 or below, or 149 or above. Any channel between those two numbers might not be visible to a Roku.
