Remote lost and not connected to wife

I can’t use my Roku stick because I lost the remote and I can’t us the Roku app because it ain’t connected to wife

Sorry, you need a Roku voice remote to get your stick connected to Wi-Fi.  There is no other option.

Sorry, you need a Roku voice remote to get your stick connected to Wi-Fi.  There is no other option.
