Wifi not connecting to roku even though it works on other devices

We accidentally unplugged our wifi router earlier, and re-plugged it back in. All other devices are up and running perfectly, but Roku won't connect even though signal says Excellent. We've restarted roku countless times and made sure the password is correct

Re: Wifi not connecting to roku even though it works on other devices

Try powering off your Roku for 30 seconds and see if that helps.

If not, have the Roku forget/delete your network and then restart the Roku and set up the network and see if that works.
