Re: WiFi connectivity on one TV

@Rosapon

The 14.40 is a password error message.

General things to try and verify...

1. Make sure you are using correct wifi password.

2. Perform a Network Connection Reset on Roku device. (Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Network Connection Reset/Reset Connection).

3. Try changing the password in router. Eliminate any special characters (just use numbers and letters).  Then restart boith router and Roku device before entering this new password into the Roku device again.

4. Verify that you are using WPA2 security protocol (in your router) if you are using a wifi6 router. (only the Roku Ultra 4850 and the Pro or Plus series of Roku-branded RokuTVs can use WPA3 security protocol. (the use of WPA2 and/or WPA3 will determine if your Roku device can connect using your password).

5. Verify is using a mobile app for your your router or ISP that you are not blocking your Roku device from joining the network.

6. If all else fails, try performing a Factory Reset on the Roku device. (Settings/System/Advanced System settings/Factory Reset).

----

If still having issues, post back with Roku model number from Settings/System/About and provide the model number of your router.
