We accidentally unplugged our wifi router earlier, and re-plugged it back in. All other devices are up and running perfectly, but Roku won't connect even though signal says Excellent. We've restarted roku countless times and made sure the password is correct

Use the following steps to restart your streaming device from the Settings menu.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
How to restart your modem and router
Use the following steps to restart your modem and router.
- Unplug both your modem and router from power.
- Wait 10 seconds and then plug them back in.
- Wait for your modem and router to fully restart.
- Use a phone, tablet, or computer to confirm the internet connection is working.
- Test the connection on your Roku device.

Re: Wifi not connecting to roku even though it works on other devices
Try powering off your Roku for 30 seconds and see if that helps.
If not, have the Roku forget/delete your network and then restart the Roku and set up the network and see if that works.
