can you tell me how can buy long range wireless receiver for Roku Stick 4K+, I think that this is damage because Roku Stick do not detect and Tv screen show Error 022?

I don't think I've ever seen these from sellers other than Roku.

Just got a new device from Best Buy and it’s not detecting the wireless adapter with error 022.

- The cable is connected using the USB wall adapter

- Already checked all connections. Plugged and unplugged several times. 

- Tried different HDMI ports and TVs

This is definitely broken and will return. I see many people having the same issue, so I will get something else. 

The supposed solution on this forum doesn’t address the issue. The problem is the cable is not recognized, because it doesn’t work. There’s nothing can be done other than replacing the cable, but that’s too much of a hassle. Better to just return and avoid.

I’m having the same issue with a device just bought from Best Buy. USB connected to wall power using included adapter  

I already checked all connections multiple times. Tried multiple HDMI ports and TVs. 

This product is defective. Will return and get something else.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you got one that someone had returned after stealing the working cable and replacing it with their faulty cable.
