Wireless network password is not recognized when setting up Roku.
Roku did not recognize my wireless system password when I attempted to set up Roku streaming. The content manager recommended contacting Support for help. So, I did. Their recommendation was to change my wireless network password. I don't consider that helpful. If I (you) go down that rabbit hole, I'll (you'll) have to change your wireless password on all other connected devices. Maybe not a big issue for most, but I find it inconvenient at best. I may not have bought a Roku tv had I known about this issue and would not have subscribed to Roku.

Re: Wireless network password is not recognized when setting up Roku.
Ok. I figured out that you use the password provided by the provider, not the password that you set up to use wireless on other devices (e.g., laptop, tablet, etc.). That was not very clear when I set up Roku, especially for someone not very good with new technology. Support should have made that clear for me. I had to go search for that password, so good luck to those not so tech savvy like me.
