I’m unable to update my Roku device. The router is within inches of the Roku, my internet connection is strong, and I’ve tried every other troubleshooting tips advised, including factory resetting and I’m still getting the Error 003 cost and a message stating “Can’t update…Please set up your network connection and try again.”
The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and I will not be a return customer if this isn’t fixable.
