Getting BUFFERING all the time. If no fox it has to go!!

I noticed that you kudo’d a bunch of posts about the Spectrum app buffering. If it’s only the Spectrum app, then you your best course would be to call them. Lots of people in that thread posted that it’s only the Spectrum app that buffers.
Spectrum wrote the channel/app. Spectrum runs the servers. And I assume most people running the Spectrum app are also on Spectrum internet, so it doesn’t seem like Spectrum can point at anyone but themselves for that not working.
