Hi @Ambercatlin,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thank you for inquiring about the time-lapse video on Roku Smart Home. We would be more than willing to provide you with further details.

A time-lapse recording captures images at regular intervals to create a short video showing an event occurring gradually over hours or days. Simply select the start time, end time, and interval. This can only be saved to a micro SD card.

If your Roku camera appears blurry and out of focus, start by checking the lens for dirt, dust, or smudges that may be affecting the clarity of the image. Carefully clean the lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure a clear view.

Additionally, make sure there are no objects obstructing the camera’s line of sight, as these can also contribute to a blurred image. Taking these steps will help restore your camera's focus and improve the overall image quality.

To ensure the security of your Roku Smart home, avoid sharing your Roku account and email address credentials. We suggest you update the password of your Roku account by visiting this Roku Support article: How to change your password or email for your Roku account

We hope you find this information helpful.
