Thank you for bringing to our attention that your Roku video doorbell is not recording when you turn on the Wide dynamic range. We're here to assist you with this issue.
Let's see if this will work for you:
- Make sure your Roku Video doorbell and Smart Home app are up to date
- Uninstall the Roku Smart Home app
- Restart your Roku Video doorbell by following the steps below.
- Loosen the security screw at the bottom of the doorbell
- Remove the backplate of your doorbell by sliding it down and then pulling it away
- Press the Power button to turn the doorbell off
- Wait 10 seconds
- Press the Power button again to turn the doorbell on
