Re: How to unmount the Wired video doorbell

hi @SeanTheDad,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We are here to provide you with further details on how to unmount your Roku Wired Video Doorbell. Please follow the details below:

Before starting, turn off the power at the electrical panel and switch off the circuit breaker for your doorbell.
  • Push inwards and up at the doorbell. This will unlock the doorbell from the wall plate or wedge. Some force will be needed to pop it off the mounting frame.
Important: Do not switch on the power at the circuit breaker until the new wired doorbell is installed or the wires have been safely secured with wire caps (do not cap them together) or some other means.

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you.

Regards,
Riamie
