On your next Roku Home App release you should add the ability to TEST notifications from each camera device.

Just sharing this in case someone has the same problem I had. I have three cameras and suddenly I was not receiving notifications at all from all three though they were recording events. NOTHING had changed on my end and I was getting quite peeved. I then went into my home app, clicked on ACCOUNT at the bottom right and clicked on notifications and then PUSH NOTIFICATIONS and saw that it was OFF. I turned it ON and VIOLA! Problem solved!
I then remembered the app had updated itself and I am wondering if perhaps the update did it.
Anyway, just wanted to share.
BTW Roku - Add the ability to TEST notifications from each connected camera and perhaps popup a suggestion box to have people check the steps like I did.
