I’ve tried using pencil to select all then delete and it either flashes on phone screen and all events are still there or sometimes it does the circle chasing it’s tail and says loading. Now I’ve left alone for almost 2 hours and when I look at it it still says loading with the circle going around and around. It’s weird cause I can delete individually but I set it up 7 cameras and was getting maybe 4-5 notifications on my phone but wanted to delete about 20 notifications (3days worth)but when I went to events there were 10-20sec. Recordings every 1-3 minutes for 3 days 😳 so tried to mass delete one day at a time but it won’t delete…..I’m so frustrated with this thing cause it’s causing one of my cameras go offline every 15secs on my Roku monitor tv and have to close Roku camera app to get it to come back online but 10-15 seconds later yep you guessed it goes offline! Now update I did manage to individually delete a 1/4 of a day of events and no issues with camera but still can’t mass delete a day and that 1/4 of a day deleting took me about 2 hours. Please help
