Let us know more about...
- Were you able to launch the channel but are unable to play any program inside the channel or you can't access the channel at all?
- Do you see any error messages when trying to stream?
- What Roku device is affected by this problem?
- Have you tried rebooting your router or connecting to a different internet to see if it'll do the trick?
- Can you share a photo of the problem?
In the meantime, you may refer your concern to the TSN channel support team to determine whether any troubleshooting steps are available.
