All the answers from Roku support and all these people's supposed to be specialists give the same stupid answer. It doesn't work. It doesn't work.
It says you might not have the right version of a TV? So that means your programming wasn't user friendly verified. There is no way to listen to music and shut off your screen it depends on what TV you have. No matter what you try. And one of your answers that you gave about the Apple TV thing you got to have an Apple phone **bleep** heads. What the **bleep**. I have to have a moving picture and then you tell me I should just mirror it to my TV from my phone if I wanted to do that I would just use my soundbar and eliminate your **bleep** product on the TV.
I can't submit this unless I select a label? You don't have an option there that fits this problem. But the problem is existing all over the community room. When are you guys going to understand logic and common sense and your devices that are electronic are only good as their programmed humans program them and we are not perfect so you need to go back to the way things were years ago when you create something you do a consumer study to make sure it's consumer friendly not just what you wanted to do
