Have same problem its the Roku. Have amazon as an app on directv using the same wifi and works fine.

I watched it last night on a Roku Express 4K+ (Model 3941) and noticed no issues.
Wondering if the newer Rokus have a better processor or something similar? Mine is at least 3 years old.
I had the exact same issue. Try adjusting the display type setting on the Roku. I had mine set to automatic, which set the display to 4K HDR10 at 30fps. I changed the setting to 4K 60fps TV and haven’t had the issue since.
