Every few hours, the volume will go OUTRAGEOUSLY loud, and I have to change the channel and go back to the channel in order to fix it. It doesn’t happen with any certain channel, just does it every day about 3-4 times a day.

May we first know when you initially observed this happening? Also, does rebooting (Settings > System > System restart) your Roku Premiere resolve this? We would also recommend plugging it into a different HDMI port on your TV to see if this will make any difference.
Additionally, kindly let us know if there are any external audio devices plugged in.
