All the troubleshooting that I can find plus reboot. Additionally, when I plug in headphones it continuously restarts.
It's on all channels.

We have the same issue with a 4K streaming stick, connected directly to a Panasonic tv (no cable), no audio devices. Multiple channels / apps, from Netflix to Spectrum to ESPN, etc..
We have tried switching inputs, resetting roku, about to throw in garbage.
Brand new out of box first use ultra 4800r
Every channel / app.
Never had this problem with Premier+.
Don't expect a response from roku and you won't be disappointed.
Just go a Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ for Christmas. Connected directly to tv HDMI port. No HDMI Cable. Cuts out on all channels / apps, from Netflix to Amazon Prime to Direct TV Stream, etc.

I am also having this problem. Never had an issue with Apple TV or other players. Clearly just an issue with Roku. Can they really not figure this issue out? seems to be a very common problem? restarted rebooted changed all audio settings to stereo only and changed out multiple HDMI cords. its a ROKU problem.
