Hi everyone,

Thanks for your patience regarding the screen freezing issue you are experiencing.

Please be aware that we have currently disabled this pop up on screen. We would recommend you to now unplug the power of your Roku device for a couple of minutes (regardless if you have already done this before) and then plug it back in again to see if you are still experiencing the issue.

Keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
Danny

I have exactly the same problem.  None of the remote buttons do anything.

Same here. And the irony is amazing since the screen is stuck saying "Your device just got better."

The remote became unpaired from the Roku device. Try unplugging the Roku device for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If that does not work, remove the batteries from your remote. Then unplug the Roku device for 10 seconds. Plug it back in. Then put the batteries back in the remote. This worked for me.

Having exactly the same problem. I’ve disconnected then reconnected the stick. I’ve removed and replaced batteries in remote. I’ve downloaded the remote app and connected it and nothing works. I have NO streaming and it’s ridiculous.  Roku - fix this IMMEDIATELY.
