Solving playback issues

Last night I bought a Roku le, hooked it up but it keeps turning off. Even while setting it up it would turn off. It turns off randomly while watching movies. I can’t seem to figure out what’s making it do this as it happens at the most random times. Sometimes I click on Netflix and it turns off then I’ll choose a move and half way through the movie it’s like mmm no and turns off again.

Try using a USB power adapter at the wall outlet instead on your TV's USB port if currently doing so.  (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone battery charger USB adapter should work for you).
