Solving playback issues

I have a Roku TV, and 2 different Roku products and I can not view a thing on any of my 3 Rokus/tvs

I have Paramount plus on the Roku channel, that is paid through to January 2025.

They both have been out since August 26th!

I have restarted and reset everything and still nothing. All my other channels work perfectly fine. I can not remove either channel!

I click on a show, the info comes up, I click on "watch now"  and the only thing I see is a purple screen with the (still) picture in the right corner.

No show...no sound..nothing!

It has come to our attention that you could not stream anything on Roku Channel. We want to monitor it and help you resolve this. 

To understand further about your concern, we would like to know more about...

• Is this only happening on Paramount Plus inside The Roku Channel or to all the channels and content inside?
• Also, have you received any recent updates? If so, could you please provide the latest software version of your Roku?
• In addition, do you see any error messages or codes on your screen while streaming the channel?
