Our Roku was plugged into a wall outlet when we began receiving the Insufficient Power warning. We have tried different outlets and different ports on the T.V. and we are still receiving the Insufficient Power message. We are using all the original equipment (wall adapters, etc.) that came with the Roku. What other suggestions do you have?

Hey @junglebook3

Thanks for the post.

If you have tried all the suggestions available in this Support link: What to do if the red light is flashing, or you see a "low-power" warning, please reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.

All the best,
Kariza

@Chris2271 what is the model number of your Roku? Not just the name.
