HELP! Netflix not playing HDR or Dolbyvison

It seems the native Netflix app on my TCL R635 Roku tv suddenly has stopped being able to display HDR or DolbyVision. This has happened before but the prior fixes don’t seem to be working. Is this happening to anyone else? Any fixes?

  • When did the issue occur - before or after the update?
  • Is this happening to a specific channel or all channels?
  • Can you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?
  • Did uninstalling and reinstalling help?
