Volume started decreasing by itself this morning. I believe there was an update
On software version 13.0.p build 24062-CE.
DID audio settings reset, factory reset, disconnected all devices, tried different power outlet.
As soon as I release the volume up button the volume begins to go down on its own toll it reaches 0 and mute

It seems like your Roku TV is experiencing an issue with the volume control, as the volume decreases on its own until it reaches 0 and mutes.
We highly recommend repairing your Roku remote or replacing the remote batteries. After doing so, please perform a system restart. To do this, go to settings, system, and then select power/system restart.
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
