Netflix freezes on my Roku. Switching it off and on doesn’t help. Network connection excellent. Restarted connection, no change. On app screen there is no * option so cannot remove the app and re- install it. Cannot log out of Netflix as it is frozen on change profile.

See if you can can use the official Roku remote app on an Android/iOS phone/tablet (https://www.roku.com/mobile-app) to remove a channel that you cannot remove via the standard Roku user interface. .
When in the Roku remote app on you mobile device:
• At the bottom of the first screen, click "Devices", and if necessary connect to one of your Roku devices.
• In your connected device click on "Apps on Roku".
• Click AND HOLD the channel you wish to remove (a quick click will bring up the remote controls instead).
• Click on "Remove" and confirm.
I'd then restart the Roku to be sure the app has been completely cleared. You'll find the "System restart" option under "Settings > System > Power" for Roku TVs and some Roku streamer models. On models without a Power option, it's under "Settings > System".Note that this will remove the channel from your Roku account, but it will NOT cancel any paid subscription you may have for this channel.
