Solving playback issues

Hasn't worked for months, almost 1/2 way thru subscription--Disney can't help..have tried everything I have seen in posts...nothing works

Also. I've tried to mirror screen and android app doesn't recognize TV and cell are on same Wi-Fi network (Hulu works on TV, but won't cast from phone)

Please help
