Paramount plus error during playback

Every time I try watching anything on my paramount plus app I get an "error occurred during playback" message.  I have tried all of the recommendations for trying to fix the issue and nothing has worked. Can anyone who has had this issue give any advice plz?

Welcome!

Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the Paramount+ channel. Can you please provide the following information?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
  • Could you elaborate more about the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far?
