Solving playback issues

I've spoken with Paramount for the last 2 days.  Still no luck. Still can not watch Big Brother live feeds.

Same, but, they are trying to figure out the problem.

You can watch live feds on PlutoTV which is a free app on Roku. 
that’s the work around. 
I will be calling Paramount for a credit.
