I login with every typed out correctly and I keep getting an "Unknown error happend" message. Help!

I went through this process multiple times, and it did not fix the issue. I spoke with the company that made this app, and they said the issue was on Roku's end.

I have a TCL Roku tv (just bought it).
As another person stated I can not log in the Bentkey app.
I keep getting the message "an error happened".
I have removed and reinstalled the app and reset the TV but no luck.
This app was the sole reason I picked this tv..

Thank you for contacting Roku. We understand that you are not able to play Bentkey on your Roku.
Each channel (app) on the Roku platform is built and maintained by the channel providers themselves. If you encounter an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in every other channel on your device, you'll want to contact the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support.

UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue by changing my DW password to add a SYMBOL which is required in the BENTKEY Password. After doing so I was able to login with no problem.
Thank you for this information. The Bentkey team also informed me of this solution and it did work for me as well.
