Ever since I switched off the power saving feature it hasn't happened. Hopefully this is the fix.
Turning off the power saving feature has fixed the issue.
Thanks Tim, I’ll try that again. I tried last night and it kept happening.
We get the HDCP error on a regular basis for the last 2 months or so. The first time we disconnected the HTML cable and power to TV & Roku which worked but got the same error a day or so later so now we just unplug the Roku and plug it back every time which works (but we have to navigate the menus to get back to what we were going to watch 🙁). I changed the HDMI cord but that didn't fix. Per some online suggestions, I also made sure the "Auto-adjust Display Refresh Rate" is off and "Display Type" is set to Auto Detect, which they are.

@gibgib Did you also turn off power saver mode? That has solved the issue for a large number of users.
HDCP content will either play 100% of the time with the right cable or not play 100% of the time with the wrong cable. Power cycling and or reseating the HDMI cable that's been working fine since install, shows it's something in the software/memory that has to be cleared.
Turning off the power saving mode fixed the problem so far.
Try turning off the power saving mode. That worked for me.
Yup. That did the trick. Haven't gotten the HDCP screen since.
