I have the same problem with my cameras. It's a disaster how everything is working lately after the update they did. They need to fix that or they will lose people with this problem. Thinking of looking for another camera company.
Is there a way to roll back to when this was working?
I just had some vandals smash things into my door and my camera saw NOTHING! I paid for a subscription hoping that would give me the functionality to fix this.
After reading this thread, I fear I have wasted a lot of money and time a lot of time setting up my cameras
