Hi @smokey4111,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We noticed in your post that you are not getting notifications on your Roku Outdoor Camera. No worries, we would be more than willing to assist you with this.
Let's see if this will work for you:
- Turn the notifications off and then on using the bell Icon on the Mobile app home page
- Tap the bell Icon in the upper right on the main home page of the mobile app.
- Select "Turn off notifications"
- The bell Icon will have a slash through it if they are off.
- Tap the Bell icon again to turn notifications back on.
- Test if notifications are now working.
- Verify the notifications are turned on for the Outdoor camera - Livestream > Gear Icon > "Notifications" > "Send Notifications" button turned on (circle will be to the right with purple to the left)
- Log out and back into the smart home app
- Tap account in the bottom left corner of the smart home mobile app.
- Tap "Sign Out" at the bottom
- Tap "Use different Roku account" at the bottom of the sign-in page
- After logging back in, leave the smart home app/lock the phone trigger motion on the camera and see if you can get a notification now. (notification may take up to a minute to come through)
Note: It is important that you are not in the app when triggering movement on the camera, as you will not receive a notification while the app is open and on the screen.
