It's been almost a week. I've talked to 2 people in customer service and they were no help at all. I'm over it! I'll be switching to fire stick tomorrow.

The only way I see this being fixed is via a firmware update via the USB port if that's even possible.
Roku TVs are capable of being updated via USB. Go to this page and look up your TV model.
This still hasn't been resolved, or caused anyone to reach out. If y'all cant deal with this then don't say this issue is resolved.

Why am I not surprised? lol I'm going to attach an AppleTV I have. I'm done with it. I won't be buying Roku TV's going forward. I really like my 55" and 65" TCL but not going to deal with this issue on them if it ever happens.
What use is the support team @RokuMary-F if they don't reach out? This issue should not be resolved/solved on the community page. My TV has been a brick for over a week, and I've received a single email saying you passed the information on, but that's it.
