We understand that you need some assistance with creating a Roku account. Please note that your active email address must be used to create a Roku account.
If you are prompted to input your Roku account email address to receive the activation link in your email, please make sure to check your Spam folder, as some users have reported that the activation email is sometimes directed to that folder.
