Screen stuck on activate your Roku

My screen is on ctivate your roku

Enter email address..won't let me do anything else...not even the home button works.

I want to go back to cable box

@AnterA1972 We need more information.  What device do you have?  Is this a Roku TV?  If it is a Roku TV what brand and model number?  It appears you are stuck in the activation process but I am not sure.
