Roku setup

I'm thinking of buying a Roku box to install separately on a non-smart Vizio 32" tv in my basement.

Is this possible. I have a TCL 50" 4K series tv in my living room. We don't watch much on the Vizio but we do sometimes. The tv is fine but not a smart tv.

Any help would be great.

Sure.  I believe there may be a limit of 20 Rokus per account, so you have 19 more to go.  You can give each roku a name/location when you add it to your account.

If you sign in using the same Roku account, then the channels will be the same on both. The on-screen order is device-specific, though. Also, many settings for privacy and other options are per-device. Better, for many of the bigger subscription services, once you log in on one, you will be logged in on all devices.
