Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the Roku Premiere. We'll be more than happy to assist you further.
Please try using a power adapter on the wall if you are currently using a TV USB port for power. (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work). If you are currently using a power adapter at the wall, try swapping it out with another one and see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem still persists, keep us posted.
