Did you factory reset your Roku device? What kind of device is it? If you're at the "Let's get started" screen, you'll have to go through the whole process of linking it to your Roku account as if it were a new device.

It is a 2024 Roku Smart TV, 43 inch Select Series 4k HDR, with enhanced Voice Remote. Yes is new. Idid not factory reset anything. It won't get off the "Let's Get Started" page.
@John1443, you need to pair the remote before it will work.
